Hello from Salt Rock! I’m Adele, a hypnotherapist on KwaZulu-Natal’s North Coast, just up the road from Ballito and Durban. I work online with women, men and couples all over South Africa, so you can do this gentle work from home, wherever you are.
Close to home: Ballito, Salt Rock, Umhlanga and Durban
Many of my South African clients are right here on the North Coast. Online sessions mean no traffic, no waiting rooms, and no worrying about bumping into someone you know: just you, your couch and a cup of tea. And if you’d love to meet face to face, in-person sessions in Salt Rock are available by arrangement.

Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, the Garden Route or a small town in between: if you have Wi-Fi and a quiet room, we can work together. Sessions are in SAST, so there are no time-zone puzzles.

- Deep Dive Focus Session (45 min): R1,800, credited toward your first hypnotherapy session if you book within 30 days.
- Hypnotherapy session (RTT®): R9,900. Includes up to about 150 minutes together in session, your personalised hypnosis recording (to listen to daily for about 21 days) with gentle reflection work, and a follow-up session.
- Clarity & Confidence Kickstart (2 hypnotherapy sessions): R18,800.
- Deeper Roots Journey (3 hypnotherapy sessions): R27,600.
- The Wakeful Season (5 hypnotherapy sessions + 2 coaching hours): from R50,500, shaped with you in conversation.
- Coaching (RTC®): R3,300 for 60 minutes · R4,950 for 90 minutes.
