My story
If you have been struggling with anxiety, PTSD, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that feel difficult to break, I want you to know that you are not alone. I understand how heavy that can feel, because I have walked that road too. My own healing journey is one of the reasons I feel so deeply called to do this work today.
From Survival to Healing
For much of my life, I lived with anxiety and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from a very young age. I know what it feels like to carry pain silently while still trying to function, achieve, and keep going. Like many high achievers, I learned to cope by overworking, striving for perfection, and pushing myself beyond my limits.
On the outside, I may have seemed capable and driven. On the inside, I often felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and far from peace.
No matter how much I achieved, there was still an undercurrent of fear, pressure, and emotional pain. Over time, this showed up in many ways — including depression, panic attacks, chronic pain, emotional eating, imposter syndrome, and the feeling that no matter what I did, I could never fully relax into life.
Eventually, I reached a point where I knew I could no longer keep surviving. I needed to heal.
The Turning Point
That search led me to Rapid Transformational Therapy®.
RTT® gave me access to the deeper roots of what I had been carrying for so long. It helped me understand my anxiety and PTSD in a way that felt compassionate, powerful, and life-changing. More importantly, it helped me begin releasing what had been holding me back.
Through this work, I experienced profound shifts in my life. I began freeing myself from anxiety, fear, emotional pain, chronic stress patterns, and limiting beliefs that had shaped my identity for years. I started building a life with more balance, confidence, joy, and self-worth. For the first time, I truly began to feel that peace, freedom, and abundance were available to me too.
RTT® did not simply help me heal the past. It helped me reconnect with who I really was beneath the fear.
Discovering My Purpose
As I healed, I became deeply passionate about understanding the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and subconscious patterns.
Over the years, I explored and trained in a range of healing modalities, including NLP, Flow State training, Reiki, somatic healing, and face yoga. I am also a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy® Clinical Hypnotherapist, Rapid Transformational Coach®, and a 600-hour certified yoga and Pilates teacher. Today, I am also pursuing my dream path in forensic psychology — something that once felt far beyond what I believed was possible for me.
Each modality taught me something valuable, but it was RTT® that brought everything together in the most profound way — bridging science, the subconscious mind, emotional healing, and lasting transformation.
Choosing Courage
One of the most meaningful parts of my journey has been learning to do things I once thought fear had taken from me.
From someone who once struggled to finish things because of anxiety, I have learned to trust myself, follow through, and step beyond the fears that once defined my world. One of my proudest milestones was learning to fly — and going solo — not just as an achievement, but as a personal declaration that fear no longer got to decide who I could be.
Driving long distances and flying were once major triggers for me. Today, they have become symbols of freedom, courage, and inner strength.
That is the kind of liberation I want for my clients too.
