What is Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a structured, evidence-informed approach to working with the subconscious mind for lasting emotional change.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a therapeutic approach that blends elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive techniques, and subconscious exploration to address the root causes of emotional, mental, and behavioural patterns.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, RTT® works with the subconscious mind — where many beliefs, emotional responses, and protective patterns are formed. This allows for change to occur at the level where patterns began, often leading to meaningful and lasting shifts.

RTT® is structured, client-led, and always carried out with care, consent, and professional boundaries.

How RTT® Works

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) follows a structured four-phase process designed to uncover and update subconscious beliefs contributing to anxiety, trauma-related patterns, confidence blocks, and emotional distress.

  • We begin with a focused conversation to clarify what you would like to shift — whether anxiety patterns, panic responses, self-doubt, or recurring emotional challenges.

This preparation phase ensures your RTT® session is personalised, goal-directed, and aligned with meaningful change.

  • In a deeply relaxed yet fully aware state, we access the subconscious mind to explore the origins of limiting beliefs or emotional responses.

This phase allows us to identify the root causes of patterns related to anxiety, trauma-related experiences, confidence blocks, or self-sabotaging behaviours.

  • Once the root events and beliefs are identified, we gently update their meaning using structured cognitive and hypnotherapeutic techniques.

By reframing outdated interpretations, emotional intensity can soften, allowing space for calmer responses and more supportive belief patterns.

  • After the session, you receive a personalised transformation recording designed to reinforce new beliefs and neural pathways.

Through repetition and focused attention, this integration phase supports long-term subconscious belief change and sustained emotional regulation.

Online RTT® Clinical Hypnotherapy for Anxiety and Trauma-Related Patterns

RTT® can support individuals navigating anxiety, panic responses, trauma-related patterns, and persistent self-doubt by addressing the subconscious beliefs that drive these experiences.

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom, allowing clients worldwide to access structured support from the comfort of their home.

Is RTT® Safe?

Research in neuroplasticity supports the brain’s capacity to form new neural pathways through guided cognitive and attentional practices — a principle that underpins the reinforcement phase of RTT®.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is conducted in a structured and collaborative manner. During sessions, clients remain aware, in control, and able to communicate at all times.

RTT® combines elements of hypnotherapy, cognitive techniques, and guided exploration in a way that prioritises emotional safety and consent. The process is tailored to the individual and paced appropriately, particularly when working with anxiety or trauma-related patterns.

RTT® does not replace psychiatric or medical care. Individuals currently under psychiatric treatment or taking prescribed medication should consult their healthcare provider before beginning hypnotherapy.

All sessions at Wakeful Journey are held confidentially and professionally via Zoom, in alignment with ethical standards and informed consent.

What Rapid Transformational Therapy® is and isn’t.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

RTT® is:

  • Collaborative and guided

  • Focused on understanding root causes

  • Calm and controlled

  • Conducted with full awareness

  • Tailored to each individual

RTT® is not:

  • Mind control

  • Loss of awareness

  • Reliving trauma without support

  • Being told what to think or do

  • A quick fix without integration

What RTT® can support

RTT® can be helpful for a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Trauma-related patterns

  • Chronic stress or emotional overwhelm

  • Confidence and self-worth challenges

  • Repetitive habits or behaviours

  • Emotional responses that feel “out of proportion”

Every session is individual, and outcomes vary depending on the person and their goals.

What does a session feel like?

Clients often describe RTT® sessions as calm, focused, and deeply reflective.

You remain aware and in control throughout the process. Many people experience a sense of clarity, emotional relief, or insight during or after a session, followed by gradual integration in the days and weeks that follow.

Sessions move at a pace that respects your nervous system and sense of safety.

Is RTT® right for you?

RTT® may be a good fit if you:

  • Are curious about the root causes of patterns

  • Want change that goes deeper than surface-level coping

  • Value a structured but compassionate approach

  • Prefer focused work over long-term repetition
